Project statement

Formally, the new building is sited strategically so that its large glazed surfaces (north and south façades) do not receive the sun directly (excessive thermal loads). By contrast, the façades exposed to the east and west are blind, and the vertical circulations are located mainly there. The rest of the architectural approach enhances the future views from the proposal toward the city.

Conceptually, the proposal sets out as its guiding ideas Symbolic Value, Service and Innovation, concepts that are consistent with the future headquarters.
