Project statement
The project rises in a strategic and excellent area in the north of the city, at Avenida Orellana and Avenida Coruña, a zone of strong commercial character in the capital. It is a corporate proposal developed for the corporation SANITAS, based in Spain.
It has flexible areas according to the client's requirements and is equipped with all the components of a fully automated building with low energy consumption criteria. It also has an oversized parking capacity for users, clients and visitors, as well as generous communal spaces.
The cleanness and simplicity of its volume define a solid corporate typology.
